Our very busy veterinary practice is searching for a reliable and qualified Hospital Manager to manage our administrative procedures. To succeed in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of managing a large team, communicate effectively, build relationships with team members and work cohesively with the Medical Directors. As the Hospital Manager, the ideal candidate will be professional and courteous, with excellent written and verbal communication sills. Will ensure a "Respectful Workplace Policy" is followed by all team members. Possesses effective listening skills. Willing to adapt to change, promotes growth and talent. Builds a strong client satisfaction rating from our clientele. Follow through is very important and possessing a strong work ethic. Veterinary knowledge is a plus.
