Keystone Animal Hospital is looking for an energetic leader to be an integral member of our team in beautiful Oxford PA. Keystone Animal Hospital is a progressive, full service, well established small animal facility providing comprehensive progressive health care for pets.

We are looking for a Veterinarian Leader who is excited to put their own personal touch and vision on a hospital, and one who appreciates the values & culture that a smaller community has to offer. This person will serve as the clinical leader & role model for the entire hospital. The Lead Veterinarian also works in partnership with the Practice Manager to ensure a high standard of medical case management and to provide an excellent experience for our clients and their pets. We are interested in talking to Veterinarians who are just as passionate about their clients as they are the team they lead.

Candidates should meet the following qualifications:
DVM or VMD in the state of Pennsylvania
2+ years leadership experience preferred
Strong communications skills, with both the clients and staff
