The Broad Ripple Animal Clinic (BRAC) is currently hiring for both a Veterinary Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant!
BRAC is a fast-paced, 8 doctor, AAHA Accredited, privately owned small animal clinic who prides ourself on providing individualized care to all of our patients and high level customer service to our clients.
Both our Veterinary Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant positions include:
Low-Stress handling and restraint
Building a knowledge of veterinary products, procedures and services
Providing estimates/ collecting payment
Utilizing multiple forms of communication (phone, text, email, in person)
The main difference between a Veterinary Receptionist and Veterinary Assistant is that the Assistant is in the exam room with the doctor during patient visits while a Reception team member has a focus on incoming client communications.
Work week is variable for both positions with flexibility available for school schedules.
Hiring Full Time and Part Time positions.
No previous experience required, 4-6 weeks of one-on-one paid training is provided.
