Our experienced staff of veterinarians treats each pet with care and compassion, while working with clients to make sure they have all the resources they need to provide a safe and healthy environment for their pets at home.
Responsibilities and Duties
Providing exceptional client service;
Oversight of the front desk, greeting clients and generally setting the tone for the practice;
Keeping appointments flowing in a smooth manner; making appointments for the doctors and confirming those appointments;
Answering multiple phone lines, screening calls;
Generating invoices and going over them with clients;
Cleaning the front reception area;
Keeping track of files including medical charts, invoices, and other important paperwork; and
Making sure all public areas are kept clean and tidy!

1+ years relevant experience in a veterinary, medical, and/or customer service setting
