Companion Animal Hospital has been a staple in the community since 1982 and has been AAHA accredited for over 25 years. We are a full service small animal hospital and pride ourselves on the care we provide to every patient. Our hospital is fully equipped with an in house lab, digital radiography, a new ultrasound machine, lift exam tables with a scale in every exam room, an oxygen cage, and equipment for orthopedic and laser surgery. We just recently added a new digital dental x-ray machine and upgraded all of our dental equipment. We also have access to a veterinary radiologist who comes in as needed for echocardiograms and ultrasounds, as well as a doctor who comes in to perform orthopedic surgeries. We have many long term, well-trained support staff who help our doctors work efficiently, as well as provide after-hours monitoring and care to any inpatients. You can learn more about our hospital at: http://www.tlc4pets.com/.
We are located in New London County, which is on the water and contains endless outdoor activities. Groton is home to a Naval submarine base and is known as the submarine capital of the world. Other fun attractions nearby include the Mystic Aquarium and Foxwoods Resort Casino.
