Animal Medical Center of Rome is a full-service privately owned solo small animal hospital that provides high-quality care to fabulous and knowledgeable clients. We are an AAHA and AAFP Gold Standard Cat Friendly Practice. We enjoy practicing in a small animal wellness/internal medicine and surgery focused clinic with no grooming or boarding. We embrace the ideal of getting better and strive to learn every day. Our long-tenured and experienced support staff maintains an enjoyable work environment. We focus on teamwork and helping each other while proactively attending to the needs of our clients and patients.
Rome is a great place to live and work. It is centrally located between Atlanta and Chattanooga (about an hour from both). The area is replete with opportunities for hiking, biking, kayaking/canoeing while being close enough to the city. We have 3 colleges here and boast the largest campus in the world at Berry College- 27,000 acres open to the public.
