Good! We are in the same boat... and it’s far from sinking.
We like to think that’s why our hospital isn’t desperate for employees at this time. We look for the good in every day, whether it be cool cases to collaborate on or the amazing feeling from giving back to the animals and families that need us. We haven't lost the love and excitement - and don't plan to!
We are a young team of 7 DVMs and 30+ support staff harnessing a can-do attitude between 2 privately owned and operated hospitals just south of Houston.
We often jet to the beach for lunches to enjoy the breeze and a delicious menu of fresh sandwiches and seafood. Or order in a team meal of awesome local fajitas and desserts so we can chill and mingle together.
Our team has a wide array of interests including physical rehab/therapy, soft tissue surgery, advanced dentistry, theriogenology, advanced internal medicine and critical care interventions, avian and exotic medicine & surgery, diagnostic imaging, emergency medicine and mobile large animal services.
We provide our patients with modern medicine offerings based on the latest research or recommended intervention techniques by professional bodies and boarded specialists. We work hard to keep this current and fresh.
Our doctors enjoy teaching and mentoring period. Heck some were teachers, before they went back to vet school. It is imperative that our colleagues share this same desire to foster growth and development of their teammates and future colleagues – as well as themselves!
We believe we are stronger as a collaborative mind and work to problem solve cases and their management together.
As we grow, we are seeking another "great" fit addition to our team. Not just any body will do. Our culture and work life harmony is vital to our wellbeing and it should be for you too.
If you are a DVM looking for a new home that embodies the characteristics described above, experienced or new, email, text or give us a call. We are excited to meet you.
