VCA Animal Wellness Center of Marin located in San Rafael, CA is looking for a Medical Director who enjoys practicing advanced medicine with a cohesive, tenured team.
Animal Wellness Center of Marin, is a beautiful, newly remodeled clinic with two experienced doctors. Most of our staff have been with the practice for many years creating a strong bond with our patients and clients. We have a close and supportive team that takes pride in our high standard of medicine and quality patient care. Our hospital is fully equipped with digital x-ray, new ultrasound, anesthetic monitoring equipment, an advanced surgery suite, hydraulic dental table with digital dental imaging, and computers in every exam room as well as multiple work stations.
We are looking for an associate doctor to work full time, four days a week. Our clinic is open Monday-Friday 8-6 and Saturday 8-5. Working one Saturday a month will be required. No on-call duties.
We have a collaborative doctor team who continuously encourages growth and furthering knowledge. In addition, our doctors have a direct line of communication and a wealth of support from our Regional Medical Director (DACVIM) and Area Medical Director (DAVDC).
