Our growing veterinary practice in Central Florida has an exciting opportunity available for an honest, hardworking self-starter who would be integral in taking our practice to the next level. In addition to general practice management, responsibilities will include directing human resources, ensuring the practice is in compliance with appropriate laws, regulations & standards, and coordinating marketing & client relations.
The right candidate will be a leader within the practice organization, must act with integrity and uphold high standards of ethical conduct at all times, has the ability to make good decisions & solve problems, demonstrates strong organizational skills, demonstrates strong written and verbal communication skills, exhibits resilience & adaptability, and eagerly completes continuous learning to maintain best practices in management.
3 years of supervisory experience and college degree preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the appropriate areas of responsibility may be substituted for these education and experience requirements.
Working knowledge of Idexx in-house and reference laboratory, eVetPractice (Pulse), Rapport, and Covetrus Prescription Management, as well as a strong veterinary background would set the right candidate up for success.
CVPM required – financial assistance to complete certification may be provided to the right candidate in the process of achieving certification
