We are seeking a Veterinary Practice Manager to join our team. We are looking for a person with excellent people skills and business skills, to help lead our growing team of dedicated employees and promote customer retention and loyalty.
As a member of our team, you will work with the front desk, customers and report to our owners and the doctor.
You will be responsible for overseeing all of the staff at the hospital location, kennel assistants, veterinary assistants, technicians receptionist. The practice manager ensures that all team members receive proper training and that all standards of care are being met. The practice manager will also oversee inventory management, scheduling and maintenance of the equipment. The practice manager will work with the veterinarian in issues of customer issues and employee issues. Implementing safety and security procedures with the help of the administrative office. If problems arise, the practice manager should report them to the owners and veterinarian for guidance.
