Maple Hills Veterinary Hospital in Allentown, Pennsylvania is growing and looking for our next associate veterinarian. We see our community’s canines, felines, avian, pocket pets, and reptiles/amphibians. Our large facility offers digital x-ray, digital dental x-ray, dental unit, new monitors/new workstations in our four exam rooms, in-house lab and pharmacy, and a huge, beautiful surgery suite and separate dental suite.
More about us:
We maintain a family-oriented atmosphere where we truly enjoy what we do, and our goal is always to make our patients feel better.
Many of our team members have been at our practice for over five years and genuinely enjoy working together.
We encourage both new graduates and experienced vets to apply!
We provide mentorship opportunities and CE PTO and allowance for our doctors.
Our full-time veterinarian schedule is flexible, but our doctors generally work four days a week and ½ day every other Saturday.
We have a 2.5:1 tech to doctor ratio for our 20-min appointments and 3:1 for surgeries.
Our new associate will not have to see exotics if that is not preferable.
Allentown is one hour from NYC and Philadelphia and 15 mins from Bethlehem, in Lehigh Valley. There is so much to do here year-round including music festivals, hiking trails (Bear Creek Mountain, Blue Mountain, and Appalachian Trail hikes), and catching a AAA baseball game at Coca-Cola Park.
Benefits include superior salary, medical benefits (including health, dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE PTO and allowance, vacation, dues, liability coverage, and so much more.
