Are you a DVM student looking for an environment of support and opportunities to expand your experience and knowledge? Would a diverse caseload ranging from wellness to ER, surgery to internal medicine and a team of recent grads to collaborate with sound up your alley?
We are a team of 7 DVMs at two privately owned practices (approx 20 mins apart) who LOVE to teach, inspire and mentor our future colleagues and we'd love for you to join us!
We are true generalists by nature, thus you'll get to dive into a variety of species that we treat (50% dogs, 30% cats, 15% exotics including avian, small mammal, reptiles, zoo species( i.e. NHPs, Bearcats, Coatimundi, Fennec Fox, Cavies, etc) and 10% large animal (equine, bovine, small ruminant, swine).
WE PROVIDE:
Fully furnished and equipped, modern home for your stay.
Most meals and we always do a grocery run shortly after arrival to ensure you're stocked up during your stay.
We will transport you to and from the airport.
Bring your pets - we don't mind. They can either stay at our boarding facility, or in your room if you're comfortable.
We've hosted dozens of students, from all over the US, Canada and Internationally. One fundamental rule exists - we want students who are engaged and want to have fun and learn!
We welcome you to join us - 1st year or 4th, wish to stay for 2 weeks or 2 months.
