Salary Details:
The base salary for this position is for a full or part time work week, comes with a production bonus, and will be determined based on previous experience, skill set, and practice type. Total compensation may also include a sign-on or retention bonus. Depending on the employee's status, benefits include, medical coverage (including health, dental and vision), 401(k), employee assistance program (EAP), CE allowance, vacation, dues, liability coverage, and more.

Maple Leaf Veterinary Care Center is ready to help you take your next step at our 3+ doctor award winning hospital in North Seattle’s desirable Maple Leaf Neighborhood. We have a stable clientele and team of experienced CSR’s, assistants, and LVT’s that work together to make our hospital a special place. You’ll love our resource blocks and appointments reserved for same day appointments to make sure your day ends on time. We also offer in-home euthanasia to our clients in order to maintain continuity of care. Surgical experience preferred but not required–we’re able to help you further develop those skills. Compensation is a ProSal model with monthly production payout and no negative accrual between $150,000-$190,000. Come meet our team!
