Our hospital is seeking an experienced or new grad Veterinarian to be a part of our energetic team. Join some amazing veterinary professionals as a Full-Time Veterinarian at Bloomfield Animal Hospital, located in Bloomfield, Connecticut, where work/life balance is of utmost importance!

We strive to provide excellent quality of medicine and diagnostics for companion animals, which is why our facility offers dental surgery, ophthalmology, orthopedic pet surgery, ultrasounds, pet behavior counseling and much more! In addition to this, we are fortunate and privileged to serve our community by giving expert advice on our weekly radio show and local media when needed.  We also dedicate time to educate the elementary school students about the benefits of a career in the veterinary industry.

Bloomfield is outside of the beautiful, capital city of Hartford, located in central Connecticut. Known as a friendly haven from the big cities, we are a two hour drive to New York City and a 90 minute drive to Boston. During the winter time, we enjoy the accessibility we have to winter sports, such as skiing and snowboarding, and other snow activities like sledding and ice skating.

In the summer months, the area has plenty of outdoor activities! Water loving individuals will find fun by the nearby lakes and streams. Avid hikers will have ample opportunity to have adventure and opportunity to explore the land. History buffs have many noteworthy places to enjoy. Country driven folks will find farms and markets to see. The cities draw in a large community setting where socialites are filled with concerts, fine dining and fun nights out. The salary for this position starts at $120k+ and increases based on experience, responsibilities, work schedule, and many other factors.
