Position Overview:  The Surgical Veterinarian (SV) performs spay and neuter surgeries at the Loving Spay and Neuter Clinic (LSNC) for Richmond Animal League (RAL) pets, our municipal partners, other rescue organizations, community cats, and privately owned dogs and cats. The SV may also perform other surgical procedures for RAL pets and other minor procedures for our patients as ability and time allow. This position ensures that all surgical protocols are carried out according to published procedures and holds the entire staff to the highest standard of patient care.
