Our mentorship program includes structured orientation, Zoom calls and round table discussions with fellow graduates, peer advisors for networking and support, and Slack group discussions to connect with experienced vets for case reviews and advice.

Schedule:

• Enjoy a 4-day work week (4/10s) tailored to provide you with more personal time.
• We are closed on Thursdays, and Saturdays are a short day from 9 AM to 1 PM.
• We’re very flexible and can tailor your dream schedule to align with a healthy work-life balance
• No on-call duties, so you can truly unwind during your time off.
