Summary This position is responsible for managing a team of veterinarians, vet techs and analysts that support the Pet Parent and Associate regarding the education and care of the fish, birds, reptiles, and small animals in our stores to ensure the animal’s health, wellbeing, and success with the Pet Parent.  This includes maintaining and improving the quality assurance program for live pets to ensure our high standards are met of healthy pets coming into the store and proper care is given once they’re in our care.  This would involve working with live vendor partners in communicating standards, holding them accounta
